This recipe makes 80 golf ball sized meatballs. You can adjust the number of meatballs you want to make, and the recipe will automatically adjust the ingredient amounts. I like my meatballs soft, which is why I used 2 cups of bread crumbs. If you like your meatballs firm, reduce the amount of breadcrumbs and either leave out one egg or reduce the amount of wine you add.
