CourseDessert CuisineChristmas Servings 100 Servings 100 Ingredients 3 1/2 cups sifted flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp Salt 3/4 cup sugar 1 1/4 cup butter 1 egg 1 tsp almond extract 1 12 oz package chocolate chips 2 tbsp butter Servings: Instructions Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Cream the butter and sugar. Add the egg and almond extract to butter and sugar and mix well. Blend into the flour mixture. Using a cookie press with the star fitting, make a straight cookie about 3 inches long on an ungreased cookie sheet. Continue until you use all of the cookie dough. Bake in a pre-heated 400 degree oven for 5-8 minutes. Let cool. Chocolate Melt chocolate chips in microwave oven. Stir in butter until the chocolate is almost pouring consistency.
