Buon Natale!

My family and I would like to wish everyone a safe and Merry Christmas!  There is nothing more important than family.  I have been blessed to be born into a very close family.  Even though we are spread across the country, there is nothing that any of them would not do to help another that needs help.

I have also been blessed by having such an interest in my Family Tree.  I have found, literally, hundreds of relatives that I never knew existed.  Unfortunately, some of them had passed away before I discovered them.  Fortunately, many of them are alive and well.  I have contacted quite a few of them personally (Hi, you don’t know me, but we’re related….can you say awkward?).  Every one was skeptical, but they all gave me the opportunity to prove it.  I have stayed in close contact with a few, and I even met a cousin on my last trip to NJ (hi Julie Ann Alacci Petrellese).  Next summer I hope to visit my brother in NJ, and while there go to PA and meet the Lucarelli side of my family.

I am posting a few photos of past Christmases (I know, the spelling looks weird, but I looked it up!).  I wanted to post photos of other family’s Christmas, but this was all I had (hint, hint).  Again, I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas!
